Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Guntram Krzok obtained his Bachelor of Science at Humboldt University Berlin, after which he studied medicine at the Carl Gustav Carus Medical School in Dresden. It is also here that he completed his first residency. A residency and subsequent clinical practice were gained at the Department of Orthopaedics at Erfurt Medical School. In 1990 he set up his orthopedic practice in Waltershausen/Friedrichroda. He is also active in the SRH Hospital Friedrichroda, Germany.
Since 1999 he started with endoscopic surgeries after visit of Anthony Yeung in Phoenix, Az. and after clinical visit of Thomas Hoogland in Munich in 2003.He has performed over 4.000 endoscopic surgeries and developed own techniques of endoscopic spine surgery. Dr. Guntram Krzok has been a member of NASS and AO Spine.
